Poised to celebrate its Centennial on October 10, 2010, the Gordon School is a co-educational, independent school for children in nursery through eighth grade, located in East Providence, RI. Gordon’s diverse community of 410 students from forty cities in RI and MA enjoy an intimate learning experience with faculty who take pride in teaching both the heart and mind. Gordon’s pursuit of a racially diverse student body enhances the rich educational environment which is rooted in multicultural practice. The School’s mission includes inspiring joyful learning in children, encouraging intellectual leadership and stimulating a drive for positive societal impact.
Jaques & Co. first partnered with Gordon in 2008, in the School’s early stages of planning and case development for campaign initiatives that include endowment growth and campus improvements. With pre-campaign counsel and a successful feasibility study completed in Spring 2010, Company Consultant Andrea Stewart is presently advising Head of School Ralph Wales and Director of Development Kerrie Donahue through the nucleus phase of an $8.5M campaign.
