Jaques and Company has recently concluded twelve years of service to Seven Hills School, one of Cincinnati’s leading independent schools. In the late ‘90s and early ‘00s, we helped Seven Hills prepare for and then execute its first all-constituency One and All campaign. This $25-million + program provided three major new academic facilities on the school’s two campuses. Later, we advised the school as it formed and launched the current Critical Assets campaign, an all-endowment program designed to bolster faculty compensation and financial aid. This effort has achieved approximately one-third of its $30-million goal. Across the 12-year span of time, Company President Bill Jaques also advised DOD Gary Monnier and his development team on the TSHS Annual Fund (tripled during period), planned giving, constituency relations, and communications. More recently, the Company has helped Seven Hills to create a new development program strategy and organizational scheme that positions the school for even greater successes going forward.
