In 2002, Jaques & Company partnered with Shady Hill School on the development of a strategic plan calling for major investment in faculty and program and the upgrading of physical space. Then, in 2007 the Company succeeded prior counsel as advisors on the current campaign, Blue Prints for Learning. Shady Hill has already secured an impressive $12 million towards its $16 million goal. Consultant Tracey Merrill and Company President Bill Jaques are advising on all aspects of campaign execution, including development of top prospect strategies, refinement of the overall campaign plan, campaign communications. Prior to the appointment of the new Director of Shady Hill, Mark Stanek, in July 2010, Bill Jaques worked with the Board of Trustees on a strategic plan and governance issues.
