In 2008, the Company was asked to conduct a development program audit for St. Mark’s. Thereafter, Company consultants Lisa Boudreau and Bill Jaques provided pre-campaign counsel in anticipation of St. Mark’s next campaign. Our focus was on case definition, top prospect identification and cultivation, development of an overall prospecting plan, and various activities relating to institutional positioning and strategy refinement. Presently, the Company is advising the School on aspects of governing board development.
