In 2008, in anticipation of its next major campaign, Winsor asked Jaques & Company to conduct a development program audit and advise on pre-campaign planning initiatives. Company consultants Bill Jaques and Lisa Boudreau completed the audit in early 2009, which has resulted in a new program strategy and adjustments to its staffing structure. Simultaneously, the Company has been advising Head of School Rachel Stettler, board president Nancy Gardiner, Resources Committee Chair Jack Egan, and Director of Development Kathy Cole and her staff on case definition, preliminary campaign leadership, prospecting, top prospect strategies, and the Winsor Annual Fund. Jaques & Co. will conduct a campaign feasibility study in the Fall of 2010.
